Once you have agreed to become a Couture Client and have signed an order form, you will be required to make a 50% non-refundable deposit for the service, before any work can begin. Once your deposit has been received, we will send an email confirmation and begin the work. The work begins at the Design Consultation. Please refer to the Couture Process on the website for more information.
Deposits can be made by bank transfer and credit or debit cards.
You must be available for all necessary fittings, which can last up to two hours if the work is complex. Please only become a Couture Client if you can allow the time in your schedule for 1 Design Consultation, at least 3 Fittings and 1 Pick-Up of garment.
Any changes made to the initial design may incur additional charges, as this means extra work and cost for us.
Once the Fabric Fitting has been approved by the Client and Rosemary Anne, the remainder of the cost of the garment (including any additional charges) must be received by Rosemary Anne before Pick-Up of garment. Please allow enough time for payment to be processed before your required Pick-Up date.
Description of Goods
Accurate descriptions of goods are provided in the product details. If you need further information before ordering, please contact the studio. Swatch cards for each online couture garment are available for purchase and are redeemable against the purchase of that corresponding couture garment.
Usually in stock items ordered before 12pm Monday through Friday, will be dispatched within 2 working days. During busy times, orders may take longer to process. Please see delivery updates on product page before ordering. For out of stock items, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
For Made-to-Order, please allow 4-8 weeks from the time of your order for delivery. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Please contact the studio at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you need your order sooner than the estimated delivery. International orders may take longer for delivery.
Online orders - We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit and Debit Cards. Your shipping and billing address and name must match the card you are using for the purchase. Rosemary Anne London has the right to refuse a sale at any point for any reason. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will refund the money back to the card you used for the purchase. We cannot refund it in any other way or to any other card.
Made-to-Order sales are final. Each piece is individually crafted per order, therefore we cannot accept returns for any reason, unless the item is faulty. All items are carefully inspected before packing and sending, to ensure the product is in perfect condition. Each item is carefully packaged to protect it from damage.
In stock, ready for sale items, are returnable within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must not be used or damaged, and all labels must be attached and returned in original packaging. No used or damaged items will be accepted. We cannot accept items that have any smells in them, for example perfume, cooking or smoke. We carefully inspect and package each item before delivery, to ensure quality and safety of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of delivery, so please ensure return delivery arrives within 14 days. Delivery return and cost is the responsibility of the customer. Rosemary Anne London is not liable for any missing or damaged deliveries of goods. Please enclose delivery return form with package.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be Royal Mail First Class for items under £100 and Royal Mail First Class Signature Required for items over £100. Delivery takes 1-3 Business Days from Shipping Date. We try to fulfill orders within 2 Business Days. Total Delivery time from date ordered is approximately 2 - 5 Business Days. We are not responsible for the item once it has been shipped. We are not responsible for any delays once item has been shipped. Shipping includes packaging and posting.
Cost and delivery methods stated for each product. Rosemary Anne is shipped from the UK. Rosemary Anne is not responsible for any import duties, customs or taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please understand your country's customs policies for international orders. Rosemary Anne is not responsible the item once it has been sent or for any delays once it has been sent.
Rosemary Anne will only collect your information for the purpose of fulfilling your current and future Couture and/or Online Orders. We do not share your information with any other third parties.
We keep on file your shipping address, email and phone number, so that we can ensure your goods are delivered and we are able to contact you should we need to for your order.
We keep a history of your orders, so that we can continue to provide you excellent customer service.
If you are a Couture client, we must keep your information on file for future orders, as this is important to providing accurate and excellent couture services.
